The hotel exceeded my expectations with its great price and the in-room safe, making me feel secure. While the neighborhood has the charm of a historical town, there was some noise from next door club music at times. The location is a plus being a short walk to the main plaza.
The hotel is situated in a lovely old colonial building in the historical center of the town, offering great staff and good value for the money. The rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious, and feature massive beds that are very comfortable, matching the architecture of the building. Despite not having a closed closet, the rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable with classic furniture.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were big and very quiet despite facing a busy street, but they were quite cold at night without heating. The service was attentive and kind, going out of their way to help us. The location was very central, making it convenient to explore Cusco. The dining experience was good with plenty of food options, and the facilities met our needs.
